As a former competitive bodybuilder I've got a unique approach to fitness: I'm all about helping you find and deepen your FLOW or "Zen" State through exercise. I want to not only improve your physical well-being, but also your mental, spiritual, and emotional health. I want you to achieve your true potential on every level.
Through training with me, I will help you discover a happiness and confidence that you may have never experienced before. I'm not here to kick your butt...I'm here to challenge you to become everything that you can be.
What sets me apart from other trainers - aside from my "holistic" approach to fitness - is that I know how to deeply personalize your training. You decide your own goal, and then I will custom-tailor your training program and meal plan with you based on my decades of experience.
Please don't misunderstand me - this won't be easy. But it will absolutely be worth the effort - and I promise to make the journey as fun as possible every step of the way.
My first area of expertise is people 40+ years of age who are pressed for time. Meals will be quick and easy, and you'll only spend about an hour in the gym 3 days a week on my program. Intensity is the key with me.
The second group of clients I specialize in are Weight Transformations. I want to change the lives of people who desperately need to lose 50+ pounds safely, steadily, and permanently. Please be prepared to spend a year with me to assure that the results are sustainable for the rest of your life.
I will only agree to train bodybuilders on a case-by-case basis.
